Salik is Dubai's automatic electronic toll-collection system, operating since 2007 and now run by Salik Company PJSC. All vehicles using designated highways and bridges in Dubai must have a Salik tag. The standard toll is AED 4 per crossing, rising to AED 6 during peak hours.

Get and recharge your Salik tag

  1. Register at salik.ae or via the Salik app.
  2. Initial cost: AED 100 (AED 50 tag + AED 50 prepaid balance).
  3. Tag is delivered or collected from petrol stations / Salik centers.
