Salik fines and unpaid trips
- No tag when crossing: AED 100 fine + the toll.
- Insufficient balance at crossing: AED 50 fine for first 5 trips per day; AED 200 if unresolved within 5 working days.
- Tampered or relocated tag: AED 10,000 fine.
Unpaid Salik fines block vehicle registration renewal at RTA and Tasjeel.
