Interchange stations (where to switch lines)

Two stations let you switch between Red and Green Lines without paying again:

  • Union Square — connects northern Red Line (Centrepoint direction) with northern Green Line (Etisalat direction). Use this if going Deira ↔ Al Qusais.
  • BurJuman — connects southern Red Line (Marina/Expo direction) with western Green Line (Bur Dubai/Al Ghubaiba). Use this if going Marina/Downtown ↔ Bur Dubai.

Switching lines counts as one journey on your Nol card — no double charge as long as you don't exit the gates.
